Rogers Video is the largest Canadian-owned specialty video retailer in Canada, and the fifth largest video chain in North America. They’re now offering their movie library for DVD-by-mail subscriptions with five different subscription plans to choose from (ranging from 1 out-at-a-time to up to eight at a time). They offer home-delivery from a selection of over 33,000 titles, plus is postage paid both directions by Rogers Video Direct. Keep the movies as long as you want, and when you return one, the next DVD in your queue is sent out the same day.

One of the nicer features of Rogers Video home rental subscription service is their "Refill" mechanism; after you drop a DVD in the mail to send back, you let Rogers Video know and they’ll begin processing your next movie. With this feature you increase the number of videos you can view in a month.
